The doctor has me on a glutin free diet. I have lost 13 pounds in four weeks. It is hard to find glutin free foods such as bread made without flour. Did find some but need to toast it first as it is so dry. Eating a lot of fresh fruits and raw veggies as well as lean meats. Cannot find any replies to my last post.

Due to back problems, I have had to quit my walking and biking. I was told I have diabetes II and told to not eat and flour in any foods. I already am a picky eater which leaves me less foods to choose from. Right now I'm allowed fresh fruit, fresh vegetables and lean meat. No butter, no cheese, no bread, potatoes, rice, crackers or noodles. I actually made a sandwitch using a lettece leaf instead of bread. Put in lean turkey breast, spinach leaves and folded it over. Along with that I had some carrot sticks and some cantalope. Drinking lot's of water. It is a boring diet and since I'm a borderline diabetic, I think this is stupid. Want to get back to exercizing as soon as they find out what is causing the back pain.
