I really didn't want to do the weigh in, but I'm hoping that will make me realize what i've been doing to myself lately. I have to get serious about the weight issue i have. It's a new year, and i'm so hopeful that the weight will come off and i will get some of my abilities back, that I've lost over the past few years.

I'm needing to get back on here on a regular basis. I had surgery on my eye a week ago and doing better now. The stitches in my eye will dissolve within the next week. My willpower is so low and I really need some help. My insurance will pay for 4 weeks of Weight Watchers. Anybody experience with Weight Watchers? I want to do it, but I don't know anything about it now. I've gained 2 pounds since I was last on here. I'm so tired of the up and down that I'm doing. I hope everyone is having better luck then me.

I know its been a long time since i've been on here and I really have missed this place. I've been having a lot of health issues going on. What's funny is that I'm the same weight as I was the last time i was on here. I'm still going up And down though. I did start the food journal, but I didn't keep it up to date. I want to start it again. I am so happy that my buddies on here,didn't delete me.

It's been longer than I thought since I've wrote anything. Seems like my life is spiraling out of control lately. Have new meds to get used to and not there yet. My diet isn't too good right now cause my tongue has been hurting pretty bad. I don't know what I've done to it, but it hurts with any spices or a lot of texture. I've gained 3 pounds but I'm not worried about it right now. I still want to start the food journal, but I haven't got that far yet, lol.
