Measurements. I have such problems with the waist measurement that I don't even trust the last one. Here's what I got today:


Hips: 47.5 -.5"

Waist: 45.5 From the way my pants fit, I know I did add to it, so the last measurement could not have been taken the same way.

Arm: 14 -1"

Thigh: 24 -2"

Either way, it continues to be true that the last places it goes on are the first places that come off and the first to go on are the last to come off. Those arms and legs are moving a lot faster than the hips and waist. But, the good news is they are moving in the right direction, as is the scale. All slowly, but definitely surely. I have to remind myself that the weight loss is not a race. It's about my health, so if it takes a while, that's okay. The diet is satisfying, so I do not feel I am "starving" until I get to a goal, so constantly hoping it hurries along. This I can actually do, as long as I keep my decision for good health and such intact.
