Finally got my official weigh in on the trainers scale and I weighed 138. My trainer uses "normal" and not "athletic" build on the fat Analyzer, so my body Fat % today was 30%. My measurements showed 8.5 inches lost of which 2 inches where from my abdomen!

Okay... I couldn't resist... Not only did I weigh myself this morning (when I wasn't suppose to) I checked my Body Fat Percentage... Im such a cheater!!! But I am a happy cheater... Much happier than I was a few minutes ago. I take 2 measurements of body fat %. The first is for athletic build (which I believe I am) and the result was 27.2% body fat and the normal build result was 29.1% body fat! This is about a 2% reduction compared to 2 weeks ago!! I couldn't be more happier with the results!!

Starting tomorrow I am going to put a little more focus on my eating habits. Im not trying to lose any more weight but I would like to see more progress in the development of my abs. At this point I feel like I am easily maintaining but I also feel I am at a little bit of a standstill. Im going to take progress pictures on Friday so after comparing, I will see if my thoughts change.

Slipped up and weighed myself again without my trainer. I presume he will weigh me next week but a month in between weighing is really long. I also did my body fat% and its 29.4 (athletic) or 31.4 (normal)... I see my stomach getting flatter but I attribute that to running. I do see more muscle definition in my arms & legs. I definitely feel like I am stronger. Ive completed 7 sessions with my trainer so far.

I wasn't suppose to but I couldn't help it! I jumped on the scale this morning... I see little changes in my body but definitely nothing to brag about... Have completed 4 sessions with my trainer so far... I remain hopefully optimistic... See ya in 2 weeks
