After almost two years of maintaining a healthy weight & fit physique I fell in love & gained 30+ lbs in a year. Now I'm trying to get back to the basics. Healthy eating (meal prepping) & working out. Consistency is my biggest challenge & my number 1 goal! On Apeil 17th I weighed in at 167.8, 30 days later I'm 157.8! I've got about 25 lbs to go but I'm motivated!!
157.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Regain happens - good for you pushing back. When you think about 30 lbs in a year, that's only a little more than 1/2 lb a week. So easy to have that sneak up on you.

I lost 30lbs in 3 months, and then work and life changed...gained it all back within a year. So I know how you feel! Working on it again!
