learning more about keto lifestyle . having a slow steady weight loss is good and encouraging. intermittent fasting is becoming easier also. this is the most weight i have ever lost at one time in all my life of dieting

i seem to have hit a plateau. i have been at this weight for two weeks.Im starting intermittent fasting keeping my calories 1500 or under for the next 3 days to seeif i can break through.
