YAY.. i have shed 6cm!!
I went walking for an hr on 2 days during the week.
I have noticed by clothes are a little looser.
I have been following the diet fairly well but not strictly.
Pretty happy with the results though so far.
Weigh in again on wednesday 28th.

0.4 lb
still to go:
110.7 lb

So i have been quiet for a while.. theres a reason for that obviously.. the more i thought about "the diet" the more i wanted to eat and gave up!
The less i contribute to this site the easier i think it will be for me to keep track as i won't be thinking about it so much.. so no more Food Entries from here on.. there won't be much to input as I WILL be having 2 shakes a day from tomorrow thanks to school finally going back and a routine commencing once again, YAY FOR THAT!!
2 weeks until my birthday i'd love to lose a considerable amount by then, fingers crossed i do better from here on..
I will continue to weigh-in and measure, but thats all folks! ;)
Oh and some how i managed to lose 200g.. lol

TOTAL FAILURE!!
Took the kids to the movies and ate too many munchies and then KFC for lunch :|

Ok so it's Monday, a new week.
It's also week 2 of the school holidays here in Oz.. so no routine going at the moment which is making it difficult for me to stick with it!
If i can manage 1 shake a day for Brekkie hopefully that helps me to stay full for the rest of the day and not reach for too much crap foods!
