It's DAY 2!

A late start yesterday (Day 1) therefore i skipped Breakfast.
I struggled.. not because i was hungry, but because i had trouble liking the Shake.. i added Strawberries thinking it would aid me but did quite the opposite, perhaps 1 cup was too many.. it took me 3 hours to drink!
I got off my backside and did a 30min workout on Wii Fit, which was fun and i aim to this everyday.
I was so glad when it was Dinner time, to taste real food.. i measured what i put on my plate and stuck to it which i was proud of.
Started feeling snacky after Dinner which has been my downfall before the Diet, i did quite well and stuck to fruit products.
The vitamins have also started to kick in.. i have woken up today feeling somewhat more alive.
Made myself the Vanilla shake this morning but couldn't stand the powdery taste so have added a Banana, it's drinkable at least now.
Trying the Chocolate tonight for Dinner as i am eating out for Lunch today.
Weighing in tomorrow, Day 3 and then weekly from Wednesday.
Would like to see results but not expecting to so soon.
