Well after a few days of some major abdominal stress, I started taking fiber, it had the opposite effect it was supposed to. I finally am all feeling better, and am back on track for the weight loss. Apparently I had almost 5lbs that needed extracted from my body.... lol. I think I will be back on track for my running now. Monday, I could only run about half of what I had been running, because it was making my stomach upset. Today, I'm gonna step it up.
It's beautiful outside today, and I'm getting to spend the majority of my work day, outside, with my dog, planting flower, all except for one pesky meeting. So all in all, I have high hopes for an awesome day today!

I wish there was a way to make your goal weight into a goal in inches lost. I am almost back to my starting weight from when I started here on fat secret (still much lower than where I started). This being said, I have lost 5 inches around my belly button, 3 at my hips and 2 at my bust line. SO clearly, this is not all in jest, but the scale is not showing my progress... so it makes me not want to weigh in, because it says I'm gaining weight... which heck I don't know I guess I could be, but I'm guessing it is muscle weight if I keep losing all of these inches... It's so frustrating.

Ok, I ended up being really bad yesterday... My family is such a bunch of food pushers. I don't understand why they always seem like they want you to fail! Just because they choose to let themselves be heavier than they are willing to admit they are unhappy at, but you can tell... Doesn't mean you can tear me down for trying to be better! So after stepping on the scale, being back where I was 2 weeks ago... I feel strangely invigorated to do better... However, I'm also aware that today is not the day to get wholly back up on the bandwagon, because I forgot my lunch, and it's fried catfish day at work... Ok, so I plan on eating fried fish and stewed tomatoes for lunch... yummy!!! Thank goodness it is my big workout night for the week... I will be doing my running, plus my full High Intensive Training (HIT) weight lifting session... So I will eat brussel sprouts with butter and bacon with some pork chops for supper.... and then bam, I'm gonna do a full 20 hour fast from there. Then start up again on the fat fast. I know that when I get this far off track, it takes a solid fast day for me to be able to get back on track, and a day where I am not forced to be around other people where they are eating. So thank goodness it's Friday!

My legs are so sore today! It was hard to sleep they were so sore! I'm guessing that I have at least a pound of water weight...
