Well after a few days of some major abdominal stress, I started taking fiber, it had the opposite effect it was supposed to. I finally am all feeling better, and am back on track for the weight loss. Apparently I had almost 5lbs that needed extracted from my body.... lol. I think I will be back on track for my running now. Monday, I could only run about half of what I had been running, because it was making my stomach upset. Today, I'm gonna step it up.
It's beautiful outside today, and I'm getting to spend the majority of my work day, outside, with my dog, planting flower, all except for one pesky meeting. So all in all, I have high hopes for an awesome day today!
