Greetings: New to fatsecret
Consult not your fears but your hopes and your dreams. Think not about your frustrations, but about your unfulfilled potential. Concern yourself not with what you tried and failed in, but with what it is still possible for you to do.

Greetings: New to fatsecret
You guys are wonderful! Thanks for all of the helpful advice. We are working at getting rid of much of the junk in the house and decreasing our sugar intake, so you are right. I do notice a difference already. That being said, we went to my husband's Christmas party and I had a small piece of dessert and was satisfied with that.
I am going to remember the fabulous quote by Pope John XXIII. My son has a large blood clot we are dealing with so a little stressed, but he is recovering as expected. Take care everyone

Greetings: New to fatsecret
Hi,
57 year old mom and wife with food addiction issues. (sugar, two drinks on weekend, night snacking to deal with stress). Obviously my coping is destructive to me and resulted in overweight.
I am about 15 lbs over what I should be;
I hope to accomplish my goals. Am in the 10-7 week challenge. Good to meet you all and we can be successful at taking our health back.

Sick cat and Halloween remorse
We can do this! I am starting this today. I want to lose the 10 lbs in 7 weeks and will give it my all. Weight is 144, still learning how to navigate the system, so patience required if I don't get it right. My goal is 16 and tired of dieting. I think i am a sugar addict and night snacker. That is the most challenging.
Going to take my 15 year old diabetic cat to the vet, will not be a fun trip...
