I am not dieting. I am just eating healthier and not snacking as much. I am also doing the same thing every day. Crunches, 10lb weights for the arms and 3 sets of 20 squats. I am joining a gym this weekend in hopes of making friends. I just moved to a new city and was told that the local gym has lots of mom's to meet. Added bonus...perhaps I can lose the last 15 pounds of baby weight. (Zoe is 9 months old and my time should have been up, LOL)
