Hello!

I am a current member of MFP, but joined this site to keep track of my Net Carbs as I am experimenting with the Ketogenic Diet. I like running on the treadmill and try to get in at least 3 1/2 hour sessions a week. I do interval running which is a 5 minute warmup, a 1 minute HIT (high intensity)run and a 2 minute cool down, which serves as a heart resting period. I cycle this method for a 1/2 hour. I like it because I can change it up anytime I want. I have 3 kids and work as an email marketing specialist.

My goal is to lose weight slowly but safely. I look forward to new me in the near future.

Appetite Suppresants
Lately I have been working out diligently. 3 days of Cross Fit and 2 days running HIT style. And here's the strangest thing, my appetite seems to be gone. I have to actually make myself eat. I've been trying to figure this decrease in hunger signals, did some research and learned that Omega -3's can help suppress appetite. I've been taking fish oil pills everyday for at least two weeks now!

This morning I received a private message from a
Williams Mark who claimed to be in the US Army serving in Afghanistan. His profile pic is stolen from Darryl A. Williams the Commander of U.S. Army Africa. I only learned this by using Google's image recognition software where I was taken to this site.

It seems he is targeting African American women, but with scammers anything goes.

Mine is 125, although I am aiming for 140 by March.

Creating New Diet
HMMMM..... I could of sworn there was a way to Create your own Diet. The FAQ's don't help because there isn't a "Create my own diet" as suggested. Has this feature been taken away?
