TARA'S OUTDOOR ADVENTURES...
Hey everyone! This is my 4th day in a row walking for an hour. It was an AWESOME walk! I went alot further, alot less pain, and felt a good cardio workout. Very psyched how things are going. At one point I was pretty tired...and as I saw two vultures fly over my head I thought it was a sign I was going to die! LOL...HOWEVER..I survived and pushed through it. I guess that moment was the point where I hit a plateau, and once I pushed past it then I had a second wind. Anywho..lol...
So this is how "country" it is where I live...
The picture above was of a sign at the end of someones driveway with their number on it and it said "LOST CHAINSAW". Um..yeah..I'm in the middle of nowhere! LOL. Of course, after I saw the sign I started thinking of scary movies involving chainsaws and corn fields. Corn fields is pretty much all I see during my walks. Soo...
That's how my day went. BTW..STILL drinking only water. Almost unconsciously got a tea at work last night and realized after I poured it that I couldn't drink it! Sooo..I'm still doing good. And FEELING so good! Anyhow..hope everyone is also doing well with their plans! LOTS O'LOVE from me! <3

So I thought the coffee withdrawel would be this horrible experience as I convert all my drinks into water...HOWEVER..I think because of this walking challenge, the walking has helped balance out my mood better. I'm actually feeling better and am starting to look forward to my walks! PLUS, I didn't go buy new shoes, but my roommate has some new sneakers that she didn't fit into and gave them to me and they are comfy! I've been wearing them the past 2 days and my walk has improved dramatically. My knees haven't hurt and my feet haven't ached. It's great! SOooooo..I'm excited about that! Just wanted to give a quick update before bed. Have a great night folks!!
