new on here, hello
Hello,
I just joined this site. My reason for joining is I'm trying to track carbs to keep them under 50 grams p/day. I'm doing that so my liver will release stored cholesterol for use without my adding sugar (that creates too much cholesterol) so I won't have to take statin drugs. My reason to send you a note is because of your back pain. If you haven't tried chiropractic (by a Gonstead practioner), I recommend it. I live in a family of chiros. This is an area I'm quite familiar with, lifelong. Of course, weight loss helps tremendously, but I am certain you can feel like yourself again. I hope you do it. Good luck. ~Kay
