Having some trouble.
ah, and make sure you pick healthy cuts of beef (90% lean or higher for ground) and watch the ingredients that cause heartburn and such. High fructose corn syrup, the partially hydrogenated soybean oil and monosodium glutemate (MSG) are three big ones we watch for. all three trigger heartburn hell for my poor husband and makes his heart flutter fast for 10 seconds then back to normal when he sits down and breathes. He's had this problem since his teen years.

Having some trouble.
I know your problem is in one word: PORK. Pigs eat slop and other junk so imagine the slop they eat is part of them. My husband has violent stomach reactions to pork, almost like an allergy. one shred of bacon or bacon bit on a salad, bathroom within an hour.
We also don't really do red meat (Beef) unless we eat with family and they want a burger somewhere.
We eat lots of chicken and turkey of various cuts, different fish (I love cod and he likes salmon), and plenty of veggies (I have the same issue he does but with lettuce, lemon and peppermint).
Have you tried a digestive enzyme supplement that's taken BEFORE the meal to help you digest and get it out of your gut better? I use acidophilus to keep burping and farting down and it's golden. I also QUIT DRINKING ANYTHING WITH CAFFEINE AND SODAS about a decade ago.
And if you're in the US, check if your city or county/parrish/etc has low-income or no-income healthcare. sometimes there are volunteer doctors that are part of this and they are very good doctors who give a damn!

silly question on the activity list and calories thing
So I'm looking at the light activity section and it says a 220 lb person (me) burns up to only 210 calories an hour for 'sexual activity' yet burns about 100 MORE calories standing there washing dishes? I'm suspecting you're doing either the sex or the dishes wrong if those numbers are right!
I had to chuckle and ask about this odd numbering thing.
Ah, and I must add: hats off to anyone who can actually do an hour of non-stop sexual activity!
