Well, I've been on my diet for about a week now. Exercising 6 days a week for about 1-2 hours each day. Have cut down on unhealthy foods and how much I eat in general. Also, I stopped drinking soda pop and now i drink more tea, water, and milk. I thought I would have at least lost a pound by now but... Not going quite like I planned. I had all the motivation in the world, but now that I haven't seen any results at all my motivation is decreasing. I need some advice..
