I am 22 and recently graduated from college with a bachelor's degree in public relations and an associate's in Television and Radio. I have yo-yo dieted since high school but last summer my weight was 257lbs, it was actually probably higher but i avoided the scale like the plague for like 4 months. I was able to keep it below 245 after that but senior year was crazy hectic and I was only doing it some of the time.
I tried other sites but the calorie count was not right for me and there was too many people on there who were doing crazy things and some who were very judgmental and condescending. So Here I am, a recent graduate who needs a job and to lose a lot of weight.

Hello Beautiful People!
I at one point was 257 lbs. I refuse to get back there EVER. I have been yoyoing in the high 220's to mid 240's for the past year and am trying to break the cycle and not get injured this time.
So I am currently using running as my big form of exercise along with trying to cut out processed foods as much as I can. I am going to aim between 1500-1800 calorie wise. Because who ever said a 6'0 woman over 200 lbs should eat 1200-1400 is nuts Laughing . No offense if that is your choice, for me it sends me in a constant spin of eat healthy for a bit and then crazy binges.
I am training for a 9 mile race on thanksgiving. It is going to be tough and training will probably kick me butt, I want to do it though and prove to the world and myself that I am a bad***.
Feel free to add me, as long as you follow a sensible diet and are supportive. I left myfitnesspal for the fact that some people were following terrible diets and were uberjudgemental.
