Well I'm almost 20, I lived last year at a retreat centre as an intern, pretty much just worked in the kitchen. Usually interns can put on 5 to 10 kilos whilst interning but I lost weight, miraculously, mostly because I was actually being active, and by that I mean getting up everyday. Now that I've lost some weight I want to keep going, and it's a bit hard when I'm stuck at home all day, so we'll see how I go, it's always been my goal weight!
