Weekends are my friggin kryptonite for my diet...I have everything in control until Friday night hits and then BAM! I mess everything up...not for every meal but usually nightly meals. I'll have to work out extra hard today to try and counter act all this FAT that I took in this morning....ugh...bad bad me lol. I'll try to mind my P's and Q's for the rest of the weekend. Wish me luck!
On a better note I picked up a set of free weights last night at Dick's Sporting goods for about $50. Not too shabby. Time to get my arms looking Fiiiiiine. :)
Also, say a big prayer for poor David...he get's to ask my Dad for permission to ask for my Hand in marriage tonight...he he he.

I think my stomach is shrinking in size. The Cous Cous and Shrimp last night was too much. My tummy felt way too full. Usually I've been really good with my portions but I guess I over did it. I woke up this morning still feeling full! Yikes! Did not have motivation to work out last night. School and stress at work are really doing a number on me. I'm so tired when I get home...and I'm having trouble waking up early in the morning to work out.
I hoping that it's nice and sunny outside this weekend so I can go for another nice walk with my dogs! I know they really appreciate that.
I've also been toying with the idea of starting to run in the mornings. I have never been a "runner" but I have always wanted to be. David has been running on his days off....and if he can run and he SMOKES than I should most certainly be able to run without feeling like I'm dying. I quit smoking probably 6 months ago....after I quit that's sort of when this whole "maybe I should get into shape" idea was planted into my head. I'm just now finally getting serious about it.

Yea! 2lbs...and now I'm at 175! I see my goal getting closer and closer!

Did a weigh in this morning! Good news for me! Lost 2 lbs but I wont actually record it until tomorrow morning when I'm actually "supposed" to weight in.
I can feel 140 getting closer and closer!

Went grocery shopping which was really good for me to do. I was starting to run out of healthy snacks and good things for lunch. I caught myself nibbling on some unhealthy things today. I got a few new snacks to sort of shake things up a bit. Maybe this will help me stay on track easier.
