I think my stomach is shrinking in size. The Cous Cous and Shrimp last night was too much. My tummy felt way too full. Usually I've been really good with my portions but I guess I over did it. I woke up this morning still feeling full! Yikes! Did not have motivation to work out last night. School and stress at work are really doing a number on me. I'm so tired when I get home...and I'm having trouble waking up early in the morning to work out.

I hoping that it's nice and sunny outside this weekend so I can go for another nice walk with my dogs! I know they really appreciate that.

I've also been toying with the idea of starting to run in the mornings. I have never been a "runner" but I have always wanted to be. David has been running on his days off....and if he can run and he SMOKES than I should most certainly be able to run without feeling like I'm dying. I quit smoking probably 6 months ago....after I quit that's sort of when this whole "maybe I should get into shape" idea was planted into my head. I'm just now finally getting serious about it.
