I really went over the top with food today. We spent a nice day outdoors and went for a pizza after a really big breakfast that was supposed to be my only big meal today.
I feel guilty but I'm just going to reduce calorie intake tomorrow and hope it's going to work out ok. At least we made a nice long walk to burn some of these calories...
