today i exerise on the trademile and i went to 1.48 miule and burn calorise 122 calorise i burn. my body is used to burn calorise so i get hungry faster.

today i excerise on the trademile and i made to 1.67 and burn 137 calorise my body burn more calorise that why i dont gain j.ust eat healthy and excrise every day

Today
I ran out side and did the trademile after i went 1.12 and burn 100 calorise and it feel good my dad say i look more skinny. and did 20 crunch they hurt your stomach but it helps.
