]]tonight i excerise and run on the trademile started to eat less to lose the belly fat it is working my sister is helping me and i have been excerise alot hopefuly i will get really skinny i want to have no butt when i get skinny just keep working out and eatting less and playing with my nephew. and i drink alot alot of water also [/b][/b][/b][/color]

today i excerise on the trademile and play with thomas also cheasing him around the house i went distance 1.51 and burn 122 calorise

today i excuse on the trademile and burn 135 calorise and distance i went is 1.68 miles i like to excerise alot it is so much fun.
