So today wasn't great I went way over my calories but I figure once and awhile this is ok, I had a nice meal with drinks tonight, but tomorrow I'll switch gears and be back on my plan.

Today I have done really well with my calorie intake but again I have not gotten my scheduled exercise in. I was very busy today running errands so that will have to do for my exercise for the day, but I am feeling like if I dont make a habit of exercising I wont reach my goal. So I will try again tomorrow.
