Today I have done well with my diet staying within my 1800 calorie goal. I do great for most of the day especially while at work but by the time I get home i am starving... so I am having dinner much earlier now, otherwise I would be snacking here and there up until I eat dinner which would then totally blow my calorie goal. I am happy to say that my sweet tooth is under control thanks to the fine makers of Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches :)
Now I just need to complete my exercise goal for the day.

So my original weight was an estimate of what I had previously weighed. I have been watching my diet for the past few days and my latest weight was as of today at 1pm. Its possible that I have already shed a few pounds but I will think of my current weight as my starting point.

So today was the first day of my diet plan, I will continue making healthy food choices and tracking my calories while staying below my 1800 calorie goal. I will also be following my wii active exercise program for weightloss. My goal is to lose 40lbs as quickly as humanly possible without resorting to fad diets or unhealthy practices. My reward... a relaxing weekend at a beachfront hotel on the sunny california coast. Good luck to me and off I go to complete the first exercise of my fitness goal.
