I'll get there, just not yet. I am determined to make better choices and include more veggies, fiber and protein because I want to take better care of myself; losing weight will come naturally. But just not yet. I'm coming out of a long, deep depression since probably April, or really since my last surgery on 9/22. My muscles are weak, and my cardiovascular system is struggling which I've never, ever had before because even while overweight I exercised. I notice that I can't keep up with baby and that is very concerning to me.
I'm going to give that more attention as well, building up my endurance and muscles, just not yet. I'm just now feeling better and I don't need commitments or disappointments.
I do intend to start with a mini habit, per the book, by developing a ridiculously easy habit of walking on the treadmill for 1 minute after I make my coffee. Nobody can't walk for 1 minute, and absolutely nothing should get in my way. I'd also like to drink one small bottle of water while my coffee is cooking; easy peasy habit. Meditating for just 3 minutes will be next.
