Here we are! 100 pounds lost!
Happy to be in Onederland
My celebratory tattoo is scheduled for the 20th (I will have to show pictures once I get it). Enjoyed the day buying some jeans as I had one pair that still fit. I would officially qualify myself as a size 18 now.
I can't really believe I am putting this out there, but here is my before (technically I had lost 10/15lbs by this point but still)

Bracing myself for hitting my first goal weight. Knowing my personality, I am doing what I can to keep myself from getting obsessive about this. At this point I am thinking that I will continue to use my scale, but cover the weight so I am only looking at the other information. The way I see it, what I am doing now, I can easily do for the rest of my life (and I cant imagine doing it differently). If I continue doing this it is only a matter of time until I am at a healthy weight, so there isn't much point in obsessing over it.
earlier this year, I bought a calendar to write my exercise and for journaling(I wanted to start running and improving my time but my knees have kept that from being something I can do right now). On the inside cover I wrote down my misc. and non-weight goals. I haven't looked at it for a few months, but here it is.
Under 200lbs

-- Between 18 and 20 right now (was 30/32)

-- forgot about this one, it was one of the worst feelings in the world, and one that I have not encountered for several months

-- Considering I was a 5x this seemed like a big goal, I am wearing 1x lately
Eat in restaurants without feeling watched
-- I thought this would be one of the hardest things to get over. I have gone years feeling uncomfortable eating in front of other people, and feeling really out of place if I went somewhere nice. I can safely say that I have not had this feeling for several months, even when we were on the road trip in California (where I expected to feel most uncomfortable) it really didn't bother me.

-- Haven't had the chance to try this one out yet, but I can assume that most should be doable now.
All of us have come a long way. Everyonce in a while take the time to look back and remember where you were when you started.

So close I can taste it. At this rate I should be at my first goal by Monday :)
I have been having trouble getting my notifications to show up. It wont tell me when I have any, even when I go directly to the notifications page it only shows them up to 4 days ago and nothing since. I checked in my settings and it still says I should be getting them for everything, but nothing will show up. Have any of you run into this?

Moving right along. Looks like my body has readjusted to working nights again (always takes a little while). I did drop my calories to 1400 a day or two ago and I will see if that works out well this time since last time I tried I gained weight.
For the past year I have been recording my food with fitbit but now as I start to separate myself from all of that I have been recording through fat secret again. Fitbit was solely about the calories, which made it a little easier to add things up, but I do much prefer fatsecret. here you get calories but you also get a full breakdown of where those calories are coming from so you can adjust where needed.
