I am a 27 year old female who has struggled with my weight my entire life. What is so baffling to me is that I am the healthiest eating and medically healthy person in my family however, I am the heaviest. I am embarking on this journey to get my weight under control. I need it and I want to ensure that when I finally have a family, I am around for them.
