60 days ago I was stalled at 242 pounds. I have been essentially gluten free and mostly sugar free and yeast free and my stomach is smaller and I feel so much better it's only five pounds but I don't know how many inches I may have lost regardless of that the energy I have now is priceless I am doing water them by two times a week yoga on Wednesday nights and getting in the water whenever I can to exercise my knees don't feel pain when I exercise in the water. I am also trying to eat as much whole food as possible or at least products with 6 ingredients or less that I can identify

This belly fat needs to go. And I want to be able to job hunt looking healthy. not as large as I am now. Family history of high cholesterol and heart atacks scares me too. Will join the 20 dollar a month Planet Fitness today. will not let hubby discourage me anymore with fattening foods. If it takes keeping my fridge filled with all veggies and protein all the time, so be it. My kids will have to adjust. Praying for Gods help, cause I need all the help I can get. Been this large for too long.
