60 days ago I was stalled at 242 pounds. I have been essentially gluten free and mostly sugar free and yeast free and my stomach is smaller and I feel so much better it's only five pounds but I don't know how many inches I may have lost regardless of that the energy I have now is priceless I am doing water them by two times a week yoga on Wednesday nights and getting in the water whenever I can to exercise my knees don't feel pain when I exercise in the water. I am also trying to eat as much whole food as possible or at least products with 6 ingredients or less that I can identify
237.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
