I ate everything that I was craving for the last 1 1/2 weeks over the weekend. Pizza,fries,donuts,nachos....yummy. I feel like my body went into starvation mode and needed to be shocked out of it. I'm going to increase my cardio to 30 minutes each night up from 20 and see what happens.

I didn't know if reading about everyone cravings on here as affected me or what but I have had a huge issue this week with craving McDonalds. I've been dieting since June and this is the worst it has been for me. I haven't given in yet so that's a good thing. I do eat some regular food on the weekends so I want to atleast hold out till then.

I'm down 33 pounds!! People are getting on my case about losing weight.....telling me I'm getting to skinny and need to stop losing. I'm at 139 and the low weight for my height(5'7") is 129 so I'm not underweight or anyhting. I just want to get to 135..I don't think that is unreasonable at all. This people need to back offf!
