I ate everything that I was craving for the last 1 1/2 weeks over the weekend. Pizza,fries,donuts,nachos....yummy. I feel like my body went into starvation mode and needed to be shocked out of it. I'm going to increase my cardio to 30 minutes each night up from 20 and see what happens.
