I just try to eat healthy. Overall, that seems to be the Weight Watcher philosophy. I am in no great hurry, but every so slowly the weight does seem to be melting away. Lots depends on the amount of exercise I get. Trying to do more that just walk (1-3 miles daily) and yard work. The yard work kills my back, but it is good exercise. It is on tomorrow's agenda.

Difficult getting the exercise that one needs to keep the weight loss going. Torn rotator cuff is limiting type of exercise, but the legs work just fine so there is a significant amount of walking. Glad cooler weather is coming because the dogs and I can walk longer, faster, and farther. We need it.

I guess I am doing OK. I have been having many routine medical tests done of late, so I have been trying to balance fasting for the tests with normal diet. Decided that it is difficult at best. I still have a couple more tests to endure, so I guess I can slack a couple more weeks. Of course, you know, that is just an excuse to eat any way I please when I am not preping for some test like the colonoscopy and other similar tests. I figure that by early May or so, I can get back to the diet. Right now, I am just trying not to go wild. I nearly always eat sensibly. It is more of a portion control issue for me. I will keep you posted.
