Well, Day 2 went really good, I followed my diet to a "t"! But, then day 3 came and I went out with a friend shopping and blew it! I had a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese, fries and a coke! UGH! I did redeem myself a little, and do 30 min of Tae Bo when I got home though! That made me feel a little better... Oh well, there's no use crying over spilled milk right? ... I'll do better tomorrow!

Ok, well, my first day didn't go so hot. I stuck to my diet, but I paid for it! I got a killer migraine, I'm guessing from the lack of caffeine. But, I went to bed early, and thank GOD it was gone this morning!!

Alright, here we go...
Well tomorrow marks a new day for me! I am starting on the fatsmash diet. I am very confident that I will do well. I have to. For me, for my husband and for our daughter. I am finished with being over weight and out of shape!
