My wife and I just had our first child and after doing some self reflecting, after seeing my little man, I've realized how much I have changed and I want to get back in good health standings as well as build muscle and lose AS MUCH WEIGHT AS POSSIBLE. I am writing this at 205lbs and I want to drop down to 175 by the end of summer.
