Going to weigh in weekly now. Am off my drops and feeling my way around food. I don't have cravings but certainly am finding some foods my body rejects. Last night was classic with stomach cramps after eating meringues. So lesson learnt. Still not had bread or pasta - will be interesting to see how I go with that but for now eating healthy is the key to keeping my body feeling happy and well

Hmmm just discovered my body does not like sugar
let me clarify - I still love the taste and it goes down nicely but tummy is very sore and bloated now :(
My fault of course - no one forced me to eat desert

well after an up and down week with tons of stress I guess its not wonder I havent lost but gained a lb
At least I know why and how I gained.

well considering I've had such a crazy weekend I can tell you that to see a drop is more than a little surprising.
I had a terrible shock on Saturday that really took me by surprise and upset me all weekend.
Had a dinner party to attend on Saturday night and while I had planned what I would eat - I did over eat causing me to suffer stomach cramps all night.
Then woke early with the 'runs' on Sunday which I really didn't expect but clearly what I ate Saturday night didn't agree with me.
Yesterday I had a few hand fulls of popcorn cause I didn't plan a sudden trip to the movies at 12.00 and 2hrs in I was starving and while for the most part I ate well the rest of the day I did have a few spoonfuls of ice cream too :(
Oh well chalk it up to a learning experience cause in the past I would have consumed a tub of ice cream and all the popcorn so I am looking at the positives this morning and grateful that my body is starting to tell me what I can and cannot eat albeit in a rather dramatic fashion
Well with 2 weeks down I hope that this week I will be staring at the 130's on my scale and hope for a calmer week ahead.

Been pretty sick. Went out to dinner with friends and while I ate ok I did eat more than I should and today I am paying the price :(
