How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself every morning and nightly. I weigh out all my foods and find it a nice measure knowing that if I weigh at night near what I weighed in the morning I am achieving weight loss for when I sleep I will wake up lighter. So like I said I can gauge my success closer and fine tune what I am doing so I don't go a week or two without catching a mistake.

Listen flhusker, you say you are eating low fat and low calories....so I will say if you aren't already drinking 8 glasses of water a day try top drink two glasses of water with your meals... this will give you a full feeling along with deliver nutrients to your body and expel the toxins. I personally am trying to lose the fast and gain muscle so I eat 40/40/20 in each meal so that I get a rounded meal at all times. If you are hungry than eat but a little advice, my weight loss is on auto pilot when I don't easy past 7 o'clock....started at 225 and will break 200 barrier tonight.
