62 years old. Live in small town BC. Lost 60 lbs 2+ years ago, but never completed the process. Have gained back over 17 lbs and am approaching panic. So, I need to lose 17 lbs plus the 20 lbs if didn't shed the first time around. That's 37 lbs. It's a lot, but I believe I've found a new zest and motivation for the process and am hoping to connect with others who are struggling in the same way, but optimistic about their success. I'll share my tips and tricks, if you will share yours. I am well versed in conventional thought around healthy eating and feel good when I practise good habits. Need help staying away from my pitfalls.

Diet Buddy
Evening snacking is a killer for me too. When I'm in charge of my behaviour, I make a 0% fat Greek Yogurt dip with BIG flavour (salt even though it's not recommended, hot sauce, mustard etc.) then make sure I have lots of cut up veggies in a container in the fridge. If I can not curb the evening snacking I can easily reach for them. As long as the dip has BIG FLAVOUR, it satisfies and I don't go on the prowl for the fattening treats. Try it. See if it helps.
