So day 4 of working out I did shoulders and traps. I didn't make an entry since day 1, but as I've stated before; I've reduced the weights I lift with. Why rush when this is a 12 week process. The weights are light, but still tough when focusing on good form, powering through the positive resistance, and going slow on the negetive. Eating is still good as long as it's on a work day. The weekends are a bit of a challenge to get enough protein and not eat bad.
And also, 2 days a week I do a high intensity cardio workout after working out. Yesterday and today I used the treadmill to do 10 sets of 20sec sprints at 8mph with an 80sec walk at 3mph. Gotta burn that fat off some how.

Ok so I'm going to try this 12 week program again. Last time I made it 4 weeks before my body just flat out tired out. I was waking up an hour and a half before waking up to go workout,drinking a protein shake and eatting a piece of fruit, in order to comply to a workout/eatting plan that suggests doing so before working out. This plan was written to workout in the afternoon, but since I workout in the mornings I'm surprised I even made it 4 weeks. So now I start again, this time waking up 1 hour before going to the gym to eat/drink so I'm only waking up once.
