Good morning my fellow friends. I want to proudly announce that I did not anything after 9pm.... and how was she able to accomplish this inhumanly possible task? I fell asleep before 9... hehe... yeah I know that it doesnt really count... but hey i need to basque in some kind of glory... right???? We all do.
The only part I am struggling with is the drinking 40oz. of water a day... Hey FS buddies how do you do it??? What is your water drinking secrets and mind tricks??? Please help me out....

Well this is the first entry and I honestly dont know how far this will go i can say i will be real active and into this but i know my self far to well to know that I am a lazy girl who doesnt care enough about her self to get up and make the needed changes. Now that i am depressed i will go and get a twinkie. I'm just kidding i dont like twinkies.
