Good morning my fellow friends. I want to proudly announce that I did not anything after 9pm.... and how was she able to accomplish this inhumanly possible task? I fell asleep before 9... hehe... yeah I know that it doesnt really count... but hey i need to basque in some kind of glory... right???? We all do.

The only part I am struggling with is the drinking 40oz. of water a day... Hey FS buddies how do you do it??? What is your water drinking secrets and mind tricks??? Please help me out....

Oh goodness, I count that as doing well! Whenever I start getting huge nighttime cravings, I go to bed. At least it's keeping me from eating for no reason. As for the water, I carry around either a 24oz or 32oz bottle filled with water, and I just sip it whenever I have an idle moment. It's tough, but you get used to drinking a lot of water after a while.

That's actually a good idea! Maybe I can just sleep until I'm thin! LOL I wish... You achieved something I didn't so cutos to you! Let's see if my butt's in bed before 9 tonight, I need all the help I can get!

I Love you guys... And Jen_005 i take my hat off for your water drinking ability... I envy you in a good way... I will have to try to first of all carry a water bottle and then drink from it. Joliebean: You know you are strong... Although sleep is never bad.. But still you need to give yourself credit.
