Hello,
I Jessie I am here to shift the weight I put on from going to university and having to good a time haha

I want to reach my goal size of a 12. I have been aware of the weight gain but didn't realise how bad it was until I got a bit of a shock and I saw photographs of my self from a night out and cringed...I have had enough of struggling to get my style of cloths that are in my size and I want to nip this in the bud while I am still young.....I have re joined weight watchers as i have friends who have recently lost stones on the program.. wish me luck :)

When's the best time to weigh yourself?
When i was in the gym my instructor said the best time in in the morning before you eat. I is when you are at your lightest its the more realistic weight.
