We ordered pizza before Shabbat started to munch on during the weekend. I made the right choice today and did not eat the crust. It was still yummy, although next time I may just make my own low carb pizza and just order pizza for the rest of the family. I saved the crusts in the pizza box in case my toddlers want the bread. I hate to waste food.
Ate 23 total carbs today, feeling good.

Been doing keto for 12 days. Went from 198-191 in the first 7. Scale ranges from 191-193 right now. I had a pizza night last night, which was a mistake to eat the crust. Up to 195.4 and ready to dial in on this woe.

Just wanting something simple and easy that I don't have to think about for a while. I 90% wont lose all of my weight doing this, but 10-20 lbs would be fine. The shakes and bars are yummy and adding in some baby carrots or an apple with a regular dinner works just fine for me.
The old, fit Jessica would not consider this an okay option. The nearly 200 pound, tired and physically hurting Jessica says this is an okay choice for the start of things.

Updated Goal
go from 195 to 140 by December 31st, 2016. That's 45 lbs in 11 months. Sounds very doable and reasonable. Need to do about 5 lbs each month between now and then.
