I am drinking sugar free pop again. I will go off the pop again after I'm back on my regular low calorie diet. I need the treat. I love pop.

The soup is really good! I love it! The fruit is hard on my stomach. I had to take some tums and an Omeprazole.

I lost some weight. Today I'll start the cabbage diet and in a week, I'll have lost a few more pounds. I want to visit a friend in February for a couple days so I want to lose some weight fast at first and then keep a steady weight loss going. My goal is to loose 20 lbs by the end of March.

Tomorrow is D day. Cabbage Diet day. I'll make the soup in the am and eat fruit along with the soup all day. I got my fat down to 35% today. It's hard to eliminate the fat.

I am learning that my diet is very high in fat content. Not that many calories but a lot of fat, over 50%.
