I am restarting my diet as my scale has really been off. I am going to purchase a new scale today and will start my weigh in on that and continue anew from there. It has been disheartening. According to my scale I at first lost 11 lbs and now am gaining weight. I am staying under the 1500 calories per day so I know I can't be gaining weight.

I have the BBQ meat loaf in the oven right now. Very easy to make and smells delicious.....(later)....The meat loaf is really good tasting. I use the pork stow top stuffing as my sister Judy suggested. It is delicious, and easy to make. I tried only a bite and will eat it tomorrow for lunch and dinner. Mike my husband thought it was super too.

I am going back on a low calorie diet. 1500 calories a day and let's see if that works.
