Yesterday and day before I was at 186 (had gained back one pound), BUT with the start of BP Hypertension Diuretic Medicine, I have lost one pound and back to 185.

Diagnosed with Hypertension Stage 2. Started BP medicine. Hospitalized on Thursday 04/03/14, BP at 200/101. Too young for this!

MUST Focus on eathing Healthy and not so much on dieting. Yesterday I didn't eat any fruit or vegetables. Saved my calories so I could have my weakness snack of 40% less fat Cape Cod Chips and Hot Sauce. Ate my snack pretty much for dinner. MUST MUST focus on healthy whole foods!!!
