My names Jenn I am 20 and I weigh 163 pounds. Before my weight gain I weighed 100 pounds easy without even trying but then I had my son after I had him I went right back down to my right size but after that I was put on depovara at my doctors and I was one of the unlucky few who with every shot gained 10 pounds...the weight is so very hard to get rid off I cant get rid of it..i have tried so very many times and I have lost all hope that I will. I don't know what to do anymore..

Depo Shot?
Alright well my story is before I had my baby I was 100 pounds after I had my baby I went right back but I got the depo shot with every shot I gained 10 pounds which took me to 163 pounds my doctor was way alarmed but its been 4 years since I stopped getting the depo and I cant lose the weight then I came across a post that depo was causing hypo-thyroidism in woman and other things does anyone know anything or anyway to help me lose the weight cause im feeling stuck.
