I'm a little (pleasantly) surprised that I'm down this much. I have been able to track my sodium and food and have had more good days (at or below 1500mg of sodium daily) than bad. I think recording what I eat (usually 6 of 7 days in a week) has made me more aware of how much I eat, too. I didn't go completely Paleo or anything, but I have been trying to eat less processed foods, and I think it's helping.
I just hope vacation for the next week or so doesn't ruin "it" for me and that my heel will be totally healthy within the next two weeks so I can start running again.
