OK time to change the plan I started this with goal of losing weight but it now seems I'm starting to pack on quite a bit of muscle witch is good. Just it seems like the way I have my site set up it focuses to much on weight loss. I would rather keep gaining the muscle and everything else will take care of it self.

mmmmm dinner loaded with 50 gr of protein to feed my muscles 7 gr net carbs fibrous veggie less than 1 gr fat. oh yeah 1 full belly lol

Just ate the biggest plate of pastas and chicken for 482 Kals 40 gr net complex carbs 62gr protien and under 5 gr of fat. I am stuffed
